5. Services & Tools

Consent Management (Klaro)

We use the open‑source tool Klaro to obtain and manage your consent choices. Your selections are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) under the name cf-consent. Legal basis for loading optional tools via Klaro is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / § 25 TDDDG). You can change or withdraw your choices at any time via the button below:

Google Analytics (GA4)

If you consent, we use Google Analytics to analyze website usage. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; parent company: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / § 25 TDDDG). Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the “Privacy settings” button. Google Analytics in GA4 uses IP anonymization by default; IP addresses are not stored. Data may be transferred to the USA based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

Data processed: device and browser identifiers, approximate location (based on IP), pages viewed, actions (events), referrer URLs, session duration and interactions.

Retention: standard event retention in GA4 is 2 months by default (can be extended up to 14 months). We use only aggregated reports.

Opt‑out options: You can refuse Analytics via our consent banner or install the Google Analytics Opt‑out Browser Add‑on. Additionally, you can block cookies in your browser settings.

Tailwind CDN

We load resources from cdn.tailwindcss.com. Your IP address is transmitted to the provider to deliver the files. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

localStorage (Theme Preference)

Your dark/light mode setting is saved locally in your browser via localStorage. This information is never transmitted to us or third parties.

other Services

This website uses external scripts (e.g., jsPDF from cdnjs.cloudflare.com) to provide PDF functionality. For technical reasons, your IP address is transmitted to the provider’s server when these scripts are loaded. No further storage or processing of personal data takes place on our side.

6. Security

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the “https://” and the lock icon in your browser.

7. Storage Duration

Server logs are usually stored by Netlify for less than 30 days. localStorage data remains on your device until you delete it. Other data is deleted once the purpose no longer applies or legal retention periods expire.
